At the heart of our sustainability philosophy is our commitment to the culture and community of place, which is fundamental to building a healthy and resilient ecosystem.
What are we doing about it?
Through Tahi, our multi award-winning conservation sanctuary, the place from which KAEA was born, we are funding the protection of ecosystems beyond our lands and providing valuable employment in a remote part of New Zealand. Our educational programmes, such as our Bee Friendly school visits, help teach the next generation about the importance of caring for the planet. Communities are a core beneficiary of thriving ecosystems, and we ensure they can be accessed and enjoyed by all. By taking our community with us on the journey, we can ensure lasting impact.
